Nature of the Service
PreviewMate is a web application for trade and renovation businesses (such as renovators, kitchen and bathroom specialists, landscapers, pool builders, pavers and fencers). It generates project briefs, tiered quote proposals and concept imagery from enquiry details and photos that you, the account holder, provide, and lets you share the results with your customers via a private link. Access is by invitation code, with a free trial followed by paid subscription plans.
Concepts, Not Quotes
Proposal text and concept imagery produced through PreviewMate are generated with the assistance of artificial-intelligence technology. All generated content consists of concepts and estimates only. It is never a fixed quote, a final design or a construction plan. You must review all generated content before sending it to your customers, and you remain solely responsible for any quote, design or commitment you make to them.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Services
PreviewMate is built on services provided by third parties, including Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (content generation) and, once billing launches, Stripe (payments). Some of these providers operate from overseas, including the United States. See our Privacy Policy for details of how data is handled.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This website and your use of the service are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
